About Me
I genuinely care about my students and tailor lessons to meet their needs and to accommodate their individual learning styles. Many of my friends are former students with whom I formed a lasting bond, and we often meet socially for coffee, picnics in Central Park, concerts or museum outings.

M.A. English Literature, CUNY Queens College, 2005 B.A. English Minor in Secondary Education, Adelphi University, 1997
Teaching Experience
I taught high school English in private and public high schools for six years, from 1998 through 2004. I have been privately tutoring ESL students for the past five years.
Interests
I enjoy visiting museums, going tp plays, movies, jazz clubs, classical & rock 'n roll concerts, eating out with friends, walking and biking around NYC, and doing yoga. I am a huge Yankees fan and love going to see a games at Yankee Stadium.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
